"PORTKEY" offers her owners very comfortable accommodations in her private master stateroom forward with a queen island berth and again, tons of storage throughout.  There's hanging closets, overhead cabinets & nightstand table storage on both sides, and 4 deep-well drawers beneath the queen island berth.  There's also an overhead hatch that opens for ventilation, offers great natural light, as well as has black-out covers & screens built in.  There are also opening port holes on each side for cross ventilation when fresh air is desired over the dedicated AC/HEAT.  At the base of the companionway stairs, leading to the Master Stateroom, you have the head with private entrance from the Master Stateroom, and the companionway for day head use.  There is a vanity with a sink, ample cabinet & drawer storage, a medicine cabinet overhead, a vacu-flush fresh water toilet system, and a spacious hard enclosed stall shower.   

"PORTKEY" has a well laid out and thoughtful helm deck that offers twin double wide helm & companionway seating, and dual side deck water-tight aluminum powder coated doors.  The helm is laid out well, with everything being in the right places from the upgraded NEW GARMIN color MFD with upgraded color HD digital radar, auto pilot, AIS, VHF radio overhead, BOW THRUSTER, remote search light, and an ample work area or chart table.  This area also does a great job of utilizing the space for storage, and houses the AC & DC electrical distribution panels, rotary DC battery cut-off switches, & dual in-floor engine room access w/twin ss removable ladders on both sides.  

There is an equipment room in the salon floor that houses the batteries in dedicated battery boxes w/secure lids, inverter & smart battery charger, some other misc. equipment, and the dripless shaft log that looks excellent!!  "PORTKEY" includes a very extensive inventory of extras and spares for literally everything onboard, organized neatly & labeled.  There is a dinghy davit system on the transom, a hard bottom dinghy in good condition, and a NEW MERCURY 5HP PROPANE OUTBOARD, included with the sale as well.  "PORTKEY" is not your typical used boat, that has been stripped down, with dated equipment, & needing to be outfitted for your cruising & enjoyment!!  She's been very thoughtfully & thoroughly equipped by all her owners along the way, with great logs & records kept, and truly will need nothing but her new owners and their personal belongings!!
