"ELLA'S GRACE" is powered by the preferred YAMAHA F300 four stroke with fly by wire controls, with all of the Yamaha recommended maintenance up to date and in turn key condition!  Currently has 255 hours, is ready today for all of her next owners adventures, needs nothing, and in great shape!  The engine annual service was also just completed to inlcude oil & filter, fuel filters, & lower unit oil, with the spark plugs & water pump done very recently as well.    The 247 is a very versatile boat that offers her crew great protection from the elements behind the walk-thru windshield, that leads to deep well bow seating with removable cushions as well as canvas covers for protection when not being used.  There is a vacu-flush fresh water toilet in the head compartment that is spacious, and easy to navigate due to the door overhead cut out, as well as a vanity w/Hot & Cold sink with faux granite countertop & wood veneer cabinetry giving it a very nice feel. 

The aft cockpit area offers a lot of deck space, as well as ample seating for whatever you are doing.  There is a fold-up transom bench seat aft that folds into the transom when not being used, and a double wide flip seat to port that swivels for facing forward or aft.  In addition to this, there are coaming bolsters surrounding the entire cockpit, plenty of gunnel mounted rod holders, ample storage, a transom fish box, live well, raw & fresh water washdowns, and more!  There is also a walk-thru transom door that leads to the integrated swim platform & recessed SS telescoping ladder for safe, easy boarding from floating docks, or when boarding from the water.
